Return rules and conditionsItems must be unworn, unwashed with no odours, in original packaging with tags, and returned within 30 days.
ExchangesWe cover both return postage and reshipping for exchanges within Australia.
Refund returnsNo restocking fee. If you use our prepaid Australia Post return label, AUD $12.95 is deducted from your refund. If you arrange your own return postage, no return-label charge is deducted.
Store creditReceive the full product refund plus a 20% bonus on the item’s original price. Store credit does not expire.
