Who operates this app

Frank and Beans Australia Pty Ltd operates the Frank and Beans online stores at frankandbeans.com.au and frankandbeans.co.nz. This notice explains the personal information used by the Google Sign-In customer account feature.

Information received from Google

When a customer chooses Google Sign-In, Google may provide the customer email address, basic profile name and a Google account identifier. Frank and Beans uses that information to create, find or link the customer account selected by the customer.

This app does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, payment cards, documents or other sensitive Google account data.

How the information is used

• To authenticate the customer and maintain the signed-in store session
• To create or link the customer account when the customer chooses Google Sign-In
• To support checkout, order history, returns, exchanges and customer support
• To help protect store accounts and investigate misuse or security incidents

Disclosure and sale of data

Frank and Beans does not sell Google Sign-In information. We disclose account information only where reasonably necessary to provide the store, account, checkout, delivery, support, security, legal or business services described in the full Frank and Beans Privacy Policy.

Retention and customer choices

Google Sign-In information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate the customer account, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the store. Customers can use a password sign-in instead of Google Sign-In, unlink supported social accounts in their customer account area, or contact Frank and Beans for access, correction or deletion requests.
