How to measure your natural waist

Use a soft measuring tape and stand naturally with your stomach relaxed.

  1. Wrap the tape around your natural waist, usually the narrowest point between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight.
