Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day, if you order before 6 pm* your parcel will ship the next morning, except where otherwise noted. Shipping restrictions may apply. We ship using Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

All products can be returned as long as you follow the return rules below:
When returning Underwear, we need to make sure the following guidelines outlined below meet undergarment hygiene laws. You need to make sure everything is:
> Unworn ✅
> Not Washed (no odours) ✅
> In Original Packaging + Tags ✅
> Within our 30-day exchange period ✅
*20% Restocking fee applies for returns, unless faulty. Exchanges have no restocking fee.
Please note:
- You can open one garment to test for sizing over existing underwear. Don't open or try on any others if this first garment doesn't fit.
- If all garments arrive packed together then you're allowed to open the packaging to try one garment on over existing underwear. For example, if you purchased a six-pack of Boxer Briefs and they arrived in the same packaging bag, you can open the packaging of the six-pack to try one garment on over existing underwear.
- Another example would be if your purchased two products and they both came wrapped individually, then you can open one packet to test for sizing over existing underwear. The other packet should remain unopened if the first doesn't fit.
- You can only return your order if you tried one garment over existing underwear or didn't try any on. All the other garments still need to follow the other return conditions above.
- We will return your order to your shipping address if your return fails our return conditions.
