As you're returning Underwear, we need to make sure the following points outlined below meet undergarment hygiene laws.
You need to make sure everything is:

☑️ In Original Packaging + Tags
☑️ Within our 30 day exchange period
Packs: for example 6 packs need to be returned as received in original qty condition. We cannot accept partial returns of packeted products. This only applies to products pre-packed in a single packet and not for packs delivered in single packs.
